If the item doesn't complement your decor and you wish to return it, we do accept returns with an additional charge. The return/exchange period is limited to 48 hours. Any complaints made after 2 days from delivery will not be entertained.

In case the product doesn't match your expected decor or if you no longer need it, we will refund the purchase amount after deducting a partial freight cost based on the invoice value as follows:

- Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999: Rs. 200
- Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999: Rs. 350
- Rs. 3000 - Rs. 4999: Rs. 500
- Rs. 5000 and above: 10% of the order value.

Items purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for return/refund/exchange unless received in poor condition.
