In instances where timely delivery of your online order is hindered by governmental mandates, Osheen will promptly notify you. In this scenario, you have two options:

1. Casa Decor will adjust the delivery date in compliance with Government directives, ensuring your order reaches you once regulations are relaxed.

2. Alternatively, you may opt to cancel your order by reaching out to us directly via email or phone. Upon approval/placement of your cancellation request, a refund will be initiated within 14 days.
