If your online order is delayed due to government rules, Osheen will let you know right away. You can then choose to:

Wait for your order – Osheen will reschedule the delivery based on government guidelines and send it once restrictions ease.

Cancel your order – Contact us by email or phone to request a cancellation. Once approved, you’ll get a refund within 14 days.
Circumstances when the company may cancel a certain order:
We try to keep our online stock up to date, but sometimes items may sell out. If this happens with your order, we’ll let you know by email, SMS, or phone call. We may then send you a smaller amount or cancel the order, but we’ll always inform you first.
