We want you to be happy with your purchase. Before shipping, our team carefully checks every order to ensure quality. Since our products are handmade, small differences in colour, texture, or shape can happen—this makes each piece unique.

If you’re not satisfied or receive a damaged item, just email us at osheen.exim@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a pickup for damaged items.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships by emailing or calling us. If you do, you'll get your refund in 7-14 days through your original payment method. Also, if you're not happy with the items when they arrive, you can return them right away.

Return Procedures:

Get easy returns with us!


You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a smooth refund. However, sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Payments and Transaction:

Our agreement about pricing and other terms—like delivery—is based on a direct buyer-seller relationship. The payment system we use is just a tool to make transactions smoother. However, we are not responsible for issues like undelivered orders, payment problems, damages, false product claims, lack of after-sales service, or fraud related to items on our website. By agreeing, you allow us (or our partners) to process payments electronically or via cash on delivery. Our relationship with you is strictly as buyer and seller, not as a bank or financial service. Our payment system is just a convenience—it doesn’t make us a trustee or create any extra legal duties.

Payments:

As a buyer, when you start a transaction, you’re entering into a legal agreement with the company to buy products or services using the payment method provided. You must pay the full amount through your bank using this payment system.

 

You can agree to changes in delivery times electronically through the payment system, but these changes must follow the system’s rules. If your order isn’t delivered on time (or at all), you must inform the company immediately through their website. If you don’t, it will be assumed that the delivery was successful.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must confirm receipt of the product to complete the order. If the items are damaged, you have 14 days to request a refund—this is your only option for compensation. Missing this deadline means you won’t get a refund.

Note that some products or transactions may not be eligible for refunds as per company policies. Refunds (except for COD) will be sent back to the same bank account used for payment. For COD orders, refunds will be given via cheque or demand draft based on your registered details. All refunds will be in Indian Rupees and for the exact amount paid.

Electronic refunds will be processed through approved RBI methods like NEFT/RTGS or other online banking systems. Refunds are not guaranteed if the company finds misuse by the buyer.

Buyer's compliance with Policies is required before a refund is granted:

1. Transaction Limits & Restrictions:

The company can set limits on the number or value of transactions made through any payment method (like cards, bank accounts, or other approved options). This also applies to payments made via payment processors or RBI-approved channels. The company can refuse transactions that exceed these limits.

2. Rejection for Suspicious Activity:

If a buyer has a history of suspicious charges—such as breaking company rules, violating laws, or disputes raised by their bank—the company can refuse to process their transactions.

3. Security Checks Before Payment:

For security or other reasons, the company may verify buyers before accepting payments, especially for cash-on-delivery orders. If the company doubts the buyer’s trustworthiness or the transaction’s legitimacy, it can reject the payment.

4. Payment Processing:

All payments (cards, cash, etc.) are processed through secure gateways or systems, following the terms set by the buyer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Online Bank Transfers:

Bank transfers are processed through the bank’s own payment gateway, under the terms agreed between the buyer and their bank.

International Dialing:

The site welcomes visitors from around the world. Here, you might find unique treasures not available outside India. But just because they're here doesn’t mean they're allowed in your country. If you access the Site from abroad, it’s your responsibility to follow your own country’s laws and rules.

Dispute Resolution:

At our company, most transactions go smoothly, but sometimes issues can come up for customers or us. Don’t worry—we have a dispute resolution process to help solve any problems.

A dispute happens when a customer and our company disagree about a transaction made on our website. If this occurs, customers can email us at osheen.exim@gmail.com to report their concern, mentioning the specific transaction involved.

Common reasons for disputes:

  1. Wrong item delivered

  2. The item doesn’t match the description

  3. Product arrives damaged or unsealed

  4. Missing parts or accessories

  5. The item isn’t compatible as expected

  6. The product doesn’t meet company specifications

  7. The product has defects or doesn’t work properly

If a customer’s return request is rejected but they still want to dispute it, we’ll try to find a fair solution. If the decision favours the customer, they’ll get a refund after returning the product. If the decision favors the company, no refund will be given.

Customer Eligibility & Rules:

  • Only customers who bought products from the company can use this programme.

  • Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damage or loss after delivery is the customer’s responsibility. If an item is damaged, refuse delivery.

  • Fraudulent claims or charges are not eligible for returns/replacements.

  • Blacklisted or blocked customers cannot use this programme.

  • Filing a dispute doesn’t guarantee a refund/replacement—the company will check first.

  • The company is not responsible for any customer losses (direct or indirect).

  • No claims for accidental purchases or changed minds.

  • False claims may lead to legal action, account suspension, or loss of benefits.

  • The company’s decisions on returns/replacements are final.

  • The company can change or cancel these policies without notice.

  • Delays in shipping/delivery are not covered.

  • Chargeback disputes are not accepted.

When a chargeback (CB) arrives from a payment gateway/bank, the following circumstances may occur:

CB Pending: The buyer hasn’t received the item yet. A refund will be issued based on the dispute rules.

Unauthorised Chargeback: The buyer claims they didn’t make this purchase. The refund will follow dispute guidelines. The company must ensure invoices are correct and include "Powered by Company"—missing this could lead to chargebacks.

Discrepant Item: The item isn’t what the buyer expected. The issue will be resolved according to standard dispute policies.
