When can you return or exchange an item?

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives broken or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help with a return or exchange and may ask for photos of the damage.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange for you.

Refund for Returns:
Once we receive your item and check its condition as per our Return Policy, we’ll start processing your refund. The money will be credited to your account within 14 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchange Rules:
✔️ Your new item should cost the same or more than the original.
✔️ If it’s more expensive, just pay the difference.
✔️ If it’s cheaper, you can pick multiple items to match the original price.
Note: Once exchanged, we can’t offer refunds if the new item costs less than your original order.

Time Limit: You can return or exchange items (except furniture) within 7 days of delivery. After that, we can’t accept requests.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Free Gifts: If you got a free gift with your purchase, you must return both the main item and the gift for a refund or exchange.

Wrong Returns: If you send back items by mistake, we won’t refund or replace them, and we may not be able to send them back to you.

Since both come from nature, no two pieces are exactly alike. Marble has its own veins, cracks, and colour variations, while wood has different shades and grain patterns. These differences aren’t just visual—they also affect things like how the surface feels, how it absorbs moisture, and how slippery or hard it is. When these materials are crafted by hand, the final product highlights their natural beauty rather than forcing perfect uniformity. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges just because of these natural variations or handmade details.
