Most of our products are made to order and typically require 7-10 days for production, except for items already in stock. This is because we work directly with local artisans who produce in small quantities. We have a reliable network of shipping partners, including DTDC for domestic deliveries in India and DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, and UPS for international shipments. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking or AWB details.
Important Notes:
- For international orders, we provide door-to-door delivery. However, customs duties are imposed by the local government in your country and must be paid by you as per your country’s regulations. Local delivery agents will contact you if your parcel requires customs clearance.
- Delivery timelines are typically 5-7 working days within India and 7-10 days internationally, depending on customs clearance. In some cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You can track your shipment using the tracking details sent to your registered email.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- As all carvings are handcrafted, slight variations may occur, which add to the unique charm of handmade products.
- We offer exchanges for products damaged or broken during transit. Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and will only be processed if accompanied by an uncut, unedited video of the package being opened.
